Optical Configuration Validator for Baseline Correlator Inputs

As a weekly healthy measure, it has been detected that connections between the whole array of antennas and Baseline Correlator need to be logically and physically verified since from time to time, configuration during antenna re-locations, \ac{CAI}, could be wrongly made, directing different resources from the Correlator in the system. For accomplish this verification, a tool was introduced to execute optical tests in each of the antennas by commanding turning on/off sequences and checking by means of low-level \ac{CAN} access the response from the optical receivers, the low-level access is meant to bypass the software configuration (\ac{CAI} map) that is indeed the information under test. The results are then compared to the logical assignation with the goal to confirm configuration in the system reflects the real assignments.
